Class Descriptions

Pole Sculpt -

A workout class that will target arms, abs, butts, and backs - all those muscle groups required to be strong on the pole.

Beginner’s Pole - 

A perfect class for those wanting to start their journey on the pole.  This class will focus on strength building, basic spins and holds, floor moves, and transitions.  This class is great for all body types and ages. 

Pole for Soul

This class will focus on the breath and soul of movement in the body.  An exploration and reconnection to the body through meditation and yoga-like stretching.  There will be poetry to set the mood, the room lit by candles as we warm up, and a guided meditation to set our minds and bodies.  This is a wonderful class for the beginner or seasoned dancer that longs to reconnect with her body through breath, meditation, and dance!

Intermediate Pole -

 In this class you will begin inversions, greater holds, climbing, and more fluid transitions, while also polishing beginner pole moves.  You will continue to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.  A great class for more experienced dancers. 

Advanced or Industry Pole -

A class designed for full flying pole dancers.  You will continue to learn inversions, transitions, and complex/multi step tricks.  This class requires strength, endurance, and a "can do" attitude!  This class is perfect for those currently in the industry of adult dance.

Open Pole -

A chance for you to come in practice! A teacher will be available to answer questions and add modifications to moves.  This is your time to play!

All Levels Pole Party -

Join us every 3rd Friday of the month where we will include work on beginners moves, lifts, and basic inversions.  This class will be a great start to your Friday night hang out with the ladies!
