SAFETY - Your safety is of the utmost importance at Primal Beginnings. Safety mats are used for more difficult tricks and our instructors are First Aid/ CPR certified by The American Red Cross. Advanced pole is taught by a CERTIFIED Pole Fitness Instructor with additional training and certification in group fitness through AFAA.

Come and learn the sensual art of Belly Dance while toning your entire body through a low-impact aerobic workout. Level 1 is intended for the new student or a dancer that is new to Neo-Tribal style belly dance. In this class you will attain a solid foundation of the basic movements while working on core strength and flexibility.
Now that you have a strong foundation in the art of belly dance, let's step it up! Level 2 is intended for those that are ready to start putting it all together. In this class we will continue on by refining our basic movements and combining them into fun and energetic combos. Get ready to move your feet!
Belly Dance is an ideal workout for the feminine body and accepts all women regardless of age, shape, or size. Get ready to unleash your inner goddess while you shimmy into shape!
(Please wear comfortable work out attire such as yoga pants and a tank top. Coin belts will be available to borrow during class to accentuate your curves)

Drop In Pole Play
Rotating Teachers
A chance for you to come in and practice independantly. Work on your pole moves, do some yoga, stretch & strengthen! There will be a teacher available for questions and modification advice, but this time is meant for practice of previously learned moves, there is NO instruction. The space is yours!

Industry Pole Class
Holladay
This class is targeted for the advanced pole dancer and or adult indusrty performer.
Join Holladay on Sundays for an intensive pole workout! This course focuses on flexibility and strengthening, as well as learning transitions for grace and flow on the Pole and Floor. The class accommodates students of multiple levels of pole skills, however, you need a "Can Do" attitude, there are no "I can't's" allowed! Crash pads will be available for those dancers approved for advanced moves. You will be working out so bring a water bottle! Class will finish with a cool down and discussion circle.
Attire is: shorts and tank tops. Shoes and personal hand towel optional but encouraged.
$10/ for initial drop-in or $40 for 5
Pole-a-latte
Rotating Teachers
A morning pole play drop in class that will have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available. There will be a guided stretch/meditation at the start, and then the space is yours to practice and play! The only instuction will be at the start during the beginning warm up. Feel free to come anytime!
