I was introduced to a new way of thinking about my body. The very first day, I wept as I walked around the pole. I had floods of emotion throughout my year long experience. I was taught to breathe open, and move through the doorways in order to discover my joy. And there was serious fucking joy! Read more HERE...

I fell in love with the pole on my first spin. 5 years later, I have worked with multiple studios and taught hundreds of women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds and abilities an appreciation for the art of pole. My focus is on empowering women and teaching them to love themselves and their curves. My work has ranged from maternity and mom's pole workshops, to transgendered striptease, to pole instructor training. I also currently train 40+ exotic dancers and circus performers for multiple clubs in the greater Portland area for performance and competition. Constantly striving to improve myself and the pole community, I look forward to meeting more amazing individuals.

After taking pole dancing classes with the lovely and gifted Amy, I created a workout engaging the whole body focusing on the core, thighs, and butt. I was bored with the usual treadmill/elliptical cardio and wanted a more exciting alternative. I’ve learned a lot from Primal Beginnings and can’t wait to share what I’ve learned about sensual movement and fitness. I have a master’s degree in teaching and am working on a degree in fitness technology. I enjoy zumba, pole dancing, cooking, and all things awesome. Let’s play!
